Hello! My name is Kelly. I have been a childbirth educator and doula for over ten years. My husband and I have eight children, born in a variety of ways:

• A cesarean birth

• VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) with epidural

• Natural birth in a free-standing birth center

• Home births assisted by a midwife

  Each child’s birth has taught me about myself and helped me to grow and learn in powerful ways. 

After my first two births I knew that I wanted my experience to be different the next time I had a baby. I began to research natural childbirth and it all just felt right. I hired a care provider that was supportive of my goals and whom I felt confident would help me to safely birth my baby. 

The birth of my third child was beautiful. My perspective on birth completely changed after he was born. I experienced how birth is meant to be—it can be gentle, kind, and peaceful.  Birth is my passion and I want every woman to know her capabilities to birth.

Ahlai Narcisse - birth doula and Placenta Encapsulator

Ahlai is a devoted mother of two whose passion for birth work began under the guidance of renowned doula educator Trisha Baird. Since then, she has supported families with calm, compassionate, and evidence-based care during one of the most transformative moments of their lives.

Her approach blends emotional support, physical comfort techniques, and tailored education to help mothers feel confident, informed, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

In addition to her doula services, Ahlai is trained in placenta encapsulation, providing an added layer of holistic postpartum support for mothers seeking natural recovery options.

She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and personalized birthing experience for every family she serves.
